A Space That Has Space

What does it mean to truly have space?

At Aavya, space isn’t just square footage. It’s a feeling. A rhythm.
It’s the comfort of knowing you can do a little—or a lot.
Be around people—or be with yourself.
Work in silence—or dance under the stars.

It’s not luxury in the conventional sense.
But it’s comfort—real, earthy, grounding comfort.
From the quiet Forest Yoga Shala to the sun-drenched café corners, to the little gardens where even the birds and monkeys seem to have found their zone—this space breathes.

We started as just one structure. Now, we’ve grown into five unique spaces, with more to come.
There’s a boutique stay nestled in the forest, a pottery studio that smells of wet clay and joy, a Spa in the Sky where your worries melt, and of course, spaces where retreats come alive—whether it’s movement, mindfulness, or just being human again.

But space doesn’t just grow in walls—it grows in people.

Our team—once strangers—is now a group of dancers, musicians, artists, yoga teachers, dreamers, all growing into their own rhythm.
Aavya gave them space—to teach, to learn, to fail, to shine.
Careers? Not exactly. It’s more like a journey of talent and expression.

And our guests?
Many arrive for a few days and quietly extend… giving themselves more space.
To heal. To move. To wander. To just sit and sip chai, watching others flow through dance or yoga, or throw clay on a wheel.

So maybe this is what space really means to us:
Freedom. Nature. Possibility.
A space to rest. A space to try. A space to belong.

That’s Aavya. A space that has space.
What does space mean to you?
