Before We Open the Doors
An invitation to the first Fire & Ice circle — created for those who treat recovery with the same discipline they bring to their practice.
Most retreats launch with a polished brochure, a finished product, and a promise that everything has already been figured out.
This is not that.
Over the past year, we have been quietly building spaces at Aavya that bring people together through movement, creativity, healing, nature, and meaningful conversations. What started as a boutique retreat in the forests of Tapovan has gradually become a home for yoga teachers, artists, therapists, movement practitioners, musicians, travelers, and curious humans from around the world.
Now we are building something new.
Fire & Ice.
A space dedicated to contrast therapy, movement, recovery, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and human connection.
The saunas are being built. The ice baths are ready. The movement spaces exist. The forest is still here. The mountain air is still free.
But before we open it to the wider public, we realized something important.
We don't want to build it alone.
An invitation, not an offer
Many of you have spent years exploring movement, breathwork, recovery, embodiment, performance, healing, cold exposure, nervous system work, yoga, or conscious living. You understand these practices not as trends but as lived experiences.
And so, instead of launching Fire & Ice directly to customers, we would rather first invite the people who truly understand what this space is trying to become.
This invitation is being extended with a *40% founding discount* to a small group of practitioners, facilitators, coaches, creators, and explorers from around the world.
Partly because we would love your feedback.
Partly because we know that your presence will make the space richer.
Partly because every great community begins with a few people who believed in it before everyone else did.
And yes, we will admit to a small selfish intention as well.
We hope that if you fall in love with the space, you might speak about it, return to it, teach here, collaborate here, or become part of its story in ways we cannot yet imagine.
What we offer in return
Not just a discounted retreat.
It is a chance to experience Fire & Ice at the very beginning.
To influence what it becomes.
To share your ideas, your practices, your observations, and your wisdom.
To know that when this place grows into something bigger, you were there when it first opened its doors.
Years from now, when people arrive at Fire & Ice and experience whatever it eventually becomes, you'll be able to smile and say:
"I remember when this was just an idea taking shape in the forests of Rishikesh."
Come help us build something beautiful
If this feels like your kind of adventure, we'd love to welcome you. Step inside the Fire & Ice space at Aavya, read more about what we are building on the Fire & Ice circuit page, or explore the June Fire Nights retreat where the first circle will gather.
You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp — tell us a little about your practice, and we'll take it from there.
