At Aavya, we honour your plans and also the care that goes into preparing every room and retreat. Our updated policy keeps things simple, fair, and consistent across all bookings.

For All Bookings (Rooms & Retreats)

The same policy applies to: Single bookings, Group bookings, All room categories, All retreat packages

Cancellation Charges

• Anytime before 15 days: 20% cancellation fee
• 15 to 5 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
• Within 5 days: 50% cancellation fee
• Last day cancellation or No-Show: 100% (no refund)

Date Modifications

• You’re welcome to request a date change.
• Changes are subject to availability and may follow the same cancellation slabs depending on when the request is made.

Unused Inclusions (Important)

Each retreat is thoughtfully designed with a curated sequence of sessions and experiences.
If any session: yoga, meditation, sound healing, movement, spa, pottery, workshops or any included activity — is missed or unused:

• It is non-refundable
• It cannot be adjusted or shifted
• But you may speak to our team, and wherever possible, we will try to help you with an alternative option (subject to availability and not guaranteed)

Refund Processing

• Eligible refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
• Bank / UPI / payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
