At Aavya Wellness & Retreat Center, we aim to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to support you with fair and transparent policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
1. Retreats, Workshops, and Events
Cancellation and Refunds
- Full Refund: If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat or event, you are eligible for a full refund minus a small processing fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. However, you may request a credit or replacement for future events.
- Emergency Cancellations: In case of unexpected medical or personal emergencies, please contact us directly. We will consider requests for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Replacements
- Transferring Your Spot: If you are unable to attend a retreat or event, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please inform us in writing at least 7 days before the start date, including the new attendee’s details.
- Future Event Credit: For cancellations within the non-refundable window, you may be eligible to receive credit towards a future event, valid for up to 6 months from the original booking date.
2. Spa Services
Refunds
- Cancellations within 24 Hours: Guests who cancel spa services at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit.
- No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule the appointment for a future date.
Replacements
- If you are unable to attend your spa session, you may reschedule or transfer the session to someone else. Please inform us in writing at least 24 hours before the session to avoid charges.
3. Products and Merchandise
We strive to ensure the highest quality in the products we offer. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or replacement is necessary.
Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personal care products and custom orders, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Replacements
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage may be required (e.g., photos).
4. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, Aavya reserves the right to modify the refund and replacement policy based on the situation.
