This 7-day immersion is for those ready to go deeper. Not just to learn sound healing techniques, but to become someone who can guide meaningful, grounded experiences that stay with others long after the vibrations fade. This isn’t a crash course. It’s a transformational learning space, crafted for depth, practice, and integration.

Placement Opportunity:
As a unique benefit of completing our Sound Healing course, you will receive the opportunity to co-facilitate a session at Aavya Wellness Center, located amidst the serene Himalayan foothills of Tapovan, Rishikesh. Aavya is renowned for its immersive environment—fostering creativity, healing, and mindful connection through spacious studios, sound healing workshops, and a nurturing retreat atmosphere.

Chiara is a trained Sound Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator based in Dehradun. Certified in Nepal and India, she blends singing bowls, breathwork, and movement into deeply embodied healing experiences. Her work helps regulate the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and connect individuals with their deeper intelligence. In this course, Chiara will guide you through: The foundational theory & practice of sound healing Practical hands-on techniques with bowls & instruments Integrating breath, movement, and meditative awareness Creating flow-based sound journeys and group experiences

Rituals, Energy Healing & Ceremony
A certified Sound Healing Facilitator and Reiki Master based in Rishikesh, Ramana brings the ceremonial dimension of healing to life — working with sacred instruments, mantra, cacao, Blue Lotus tea, and intuitive guidance. She integrates Indian ritual and trauma-informed practices, holding deeply sacred spaces for women and communities.

Ashish Khandelwal
Founder of Aavya​
Ashish is the founder of Aavya, a wellness retreat space in the Himalayan foothills. With a background in yoga, leadership, and deep presence work , Ashish brings the wisdom of stillness, rest, and listening into thi s immersion. His personal journey with sound and healing began in Rishikesh and shaped this entire offering. In thi s course, he shares: The philosophy and ethics of space-holding Multiple sessions of Yoga Nidra for deep integrat ion Teachings on how to hold pain without infiltrating Sound as a return to silence, clarity, and self.

Q: Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes. Whether you’re a complete beginner, yoga teacher, therapist, or someone simply called to the healing power of sound, this course is designed to meet you where you are and support your growth.
Q: Do I need to bring my own instruments?
No. All instruments required for the training—including singing bowls, drums, and more—will be provided for practice during the course.
Q: Is the course residential?
No, residential stay is not compulsory. However, participants who choose to stay at Aavya will receive a special discounted stay package, and we highly recommend it to deepen your immersion in the serene, soulful environment of the retreat.
Q: What meals are included?
Breakfast and lunch are included every day during the course, along with a daily beverage during the sessions. Dinner is not included, allowing you the flexibility to explore local cafés or rest as you choose.
Q: What is the group size?
To ensure personal attention and intimate learning, the group is limited to a maximum of 14 participants.
Q: Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion, acknowledging your journey and learnings.
Q: Will this training allow me to start working with sound professionally?
Yes. This training is a deep and complete foundational journey. You’ll gain experiential learning, practical tools, and the confidence to begin offering healing work—both for yourself and for others.
Q: Are yoga and breathwork included?

Q: Can I attend only a part of the course?
No. This is a full immersion program. Participants are expected to attend all sessions to honor the integrity of the space and allow for a cohesive learning journey.
