Daily Schedule



Day 1: Welcome and opening ceremony

The retreat will begin with an evening of connection, celebration, and joy to set the tone for your journey.

Evening:

    • Welcome ceremony: A warm introduction to Aavya and the retreat’s purpose
    • Ecstatic dance: Let loose in a free-form dance session to shake off the travel fatigue and tap into your body’s natural rhythm
    • Community dinner: Connect with fellow participants over a wholesome and nourishing meal, celebrating the beginning of the retreat



Day 2: Inner reflection and stillness

Start your journey by grounding and finding balance.

    • Morning: Silent meditation, pranayama for grounding, and Restorative yoga
    • Afternoon: Spa rejuvenation session – a relaxing Aavya Signature Massage to ease into the retreat and clear away any tension
    • Evening: Intention-setting circle, exploring the personal meaning of Diwali



Day 3: Releasing the past

Spend a day dedicated to emotional cleansing and letting go of past challenges.

    • Morning: Kundalini yoga for emotional release
    • Afternoon: Journaling on past experiences and challenges
    • Evening: Excursion to one Parmarth Niketan Ashram for evening Ganga Fire Ceremony
    • Evening walking tour of Tapovan and dinner outside
    • Spa session of the day: After the release ceremony, unwind with a foot reflexology session to promote deep relaxation and pain relief



Day 4: Manifesting your future

Focus on creating your vision for the new year with manifestation activities.

    • Morning: Charcoal art workshop and gratitude practice
    • Afternoon: Dynamic Vinyasa yoga for energizing the body
    • Evening: Candlelit meditation and reflection on your future vision
    • Spa session: Refresh your mind and body with a Aavya Signature Facial Therapy, preparing you to fully embrace your vision for the new year



Day 5: Diwali festival celebration

Celebrate Diwali with traditional Indian activities and connect with the spirit of the festival.

    • Morning: Traditional Indian cooking class to prepare festive dishes
    • Afternoon: Cultural dance or music performance
    • Evening: Diya lighting ceremony, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness, followed by a special Diwali dinner
