Breathwork Intensive
A journey to release deep-seated tension and rediscover inner quiet in the forested hills of the Himalayas.
The Retreat
Free Your Breath is a five-day breathwork intensive centered on the physiological and emotional power of Circular Breathwork.
This is not a yoga retreat with breathwork on the side. It is a deep, trauma-informed immersion designed as a gradual unfolding. Each day builds intentionally—allowing the nervous system to regulate, stored emotions to surface safely, and the body to reconnect with its natural vitality.

Heart of the Journey
At the core of this retreat is a continuous, rhythmic breathing technique that bypasses the analytical mind to access the nervous system directly. By softening the "inner critic" and the layers of conscious control, Circular Breathwork allows the body to release the physical imprints of stress, "freeze" states, and old emotional blockages. It is a direct route to the parts of ourselves that words cannot always reach.
Why a 5-Day Intensive?
True shifts in the nervous system require more than a single session; they require a container. Spending five days in this focused environment allows the layers of defense to peel back at a pace that feels safe. It provides the rare opportunity to stay with the process—moving from initial resistance into deep release and, finally, into the quiet integration that allows for lasting change.
This is a carefully paced, small-group experience. We ensure there is ample space for rest, integration, and the kind of stillness that actually allows a shift to take root.

The Passover Closer
We conclude our journey on Passover (the Holiday of Freedom) with a shared ceremony of liberation—a symbolic and somatic releasing of old patterns as we step into a grounded, spacious, and alive way of being.

Is This For You?
This retreat is designed for people who are ready to go inward — not people who already have all the tools.
The Space
Aavya Rise sits in the forested hills of Upper Tapovan — above the noise of Rishikesh's main strip, close enough to the Ganga that you can feel it. The property is small by design: boutique rooms, a working pottery studio, a wellness café, and enough open space to actually decompress.
You'll eat fresh thali meals, walk to the river, sit in the pottery studio between sessions, and sleep to the sound of wind in the trees. The setting does half the work.
