Founder
Ashish founded Aavya as a living ecosystem of wellness, art, and meaningful experiences. His vision is simple — create a space where people feel inspired to reconnect with themselves through movement, creativity, nature, and community.
MBBS, MD · Certified Yoga Teacher & Holistic Health Expert
Dr. Rucha bridges modern medicine with yogic science. In her one-on-one sessions, she helps guests understand the root of their concerns and build practical, sustainable routines around diet, movement, breathwork, and emotional awareness. Her work focuses on long-term clarity rather than quick fixes.
Head of Pottery & Cooking Programs
Shivani brings heart into everything she touches — from clay to kitchen. She leads pottery and cooking sessions with warmth and grounded presence, helping guests experience creativity as nourishment. Her classes are simple, hands-on, and deeply human.
Sound Healer & Reiki Master
Ramana is a Reiki Master with a background in Clinical Psychology. Her sessions blend sound healing, classical music, meditation, and embodied movement. Her work supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and the awakening of what she calls "your inner medicine."
Digital Experience
Abha is someone who figures it out — a little bit of everything. From digital experience and website updates to guest communication and the small operational gaps in between, she quietly makes things work.
Visual Designer
Saloni leads Aavya's visual storytelling. Through design and video, she captures the quiet aesthetic and natural rhythm of the space. Her work reflects calm, creativity, and attention to detail.
Property Manager
Rohit oversees property management and maintenance. He ensures the space functions smoothly, safely, and reliably — allowing the rest of the team to focus on guest experience.
