It's our 2-night, 3-day sampler, a genuine taste of everything Aavya does in one short immersion: pottery and sound healing on arrival day, morning movement and the Fire & Ice contrast therapy circuit on your full day, and live music and dance both evenings. It's paced so each experience gets room to land rather than being squeezed in. If you've never done a wellness retreat in Rishikesh before, this is the one to start with.

Your 2-night stay, 2 meals a day plus tea and coffee at our in-house café, a pottery session at our studio, a sound healing session, morning movement sessions, one full Fire & Ice contrast therapy circuit (sauna + ice bath + soaking pool), music and dance on both evenings, and a handmade gift from our pottery studio, made and fired on the property.

It's built for exactly that. Rishikesh is a 5 to 6 hour drive or a short flight to Dehradun (45 minutes from us), and the retreat's 3-day shape fits a Friday-to-Sunday perfectly. Monsoon makes it better: Tapovan is green, misty, and free of peak-season crowds, and every session runs under cover. One honest tip: on heavy-rain days, the train or a flight beats the Delhi drive.

Completely. This retreat exists for first-timers. The Fire & Ice circuit is fully guided (breathing, timing, safe entry and exit), the pottery session takes you from wedging clay to the wheel with our studio team beside you, and sound healing asks nothing of you except lying down. Monsoon even helps: humid air makes clay more forgiving, and cool rain air makes the sauna-to-ice-bath contrast sharper and more satisfying.

It's Rishikesh's first dedicated contrast therapy circuit, a guided sequence through our sauna, ice bath, and warm soaking pool that boosts circulation, eases sore muscles, and resets the nervous system. On this retreat you do one full circuit on your main evening. If it hooks you (it usually does), our 3-night Fire & Ice Tapas Retreat goes deeper with four circuits.

No. Pottery, sound healing, movement, music and dance, and the sauna all happen under cover, and the ice bath in rain-cooled air is the best version of it. Nothing on the itinerary gets rained off. Monsoon is atmosphere here, not obstacle.

Ideal. The Pod room is priced for one, sessions run in small friendly groups, shared meals make connection easy, and Tapovan is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Rishikesh for solo travel. Two nights is also the perfect low-commitment way to try retreat life alone for the first time.

Yes. Terrace and Premium rooms have per-person double pricing, and everything on the itinerary works as well shared as solo. Couples wanting something designed specifically for two (private soak, couples spa, candlelight dinner) should look at our Couples' Retreat instead.

Upper Tapovan, the forested hillside above Rishikesh, 45 minutes from Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport. In monsoon, fly to Dehradun or take the train rather than driving from Delhi on heavy-rain days. Roads to Tapovan stay open through the season; send us your dates for an honest read on that week.

Swimwear for Fire & Ice, clothes you don't mind clay on, a warm layer for evenings, sandals with grip, and a light rain jacket. Umbrellas are on us.

Extend freely: add nights, extra Fire & Ice circuits, a spa treatment, or studio time. Or step up to a longer retreat: Fire & Ice Tapas for contrast therapy depth, Pottery & Art for creative immersion, or the Monsoon Getaway for the full seasonal experience. Not sure?
