"Stillness is not the absence of work. It is where the tissue, the breath, and the nervous system finally begin to speak."

Dr. Rucha brings a rare combination to the mat: a medical training that understands tissue and physiology, and a yoga practice that understands patience. She works with the body as she finds it, not as a template.

This module is her study of Yin at its most precise, where fascia, the nervous system, and the elements are taught together rather than separately.
