    What this is

    Not a yoga retreat

    Not a fitness camp

Not a luxury spa holiday pretending to be transformative

This is for people who want to feel awake again. Built around four consecutive evenings of Aavya's new Tapas · Fire & Ice Circuit — contrast therapy, movement, breathwork, forest recovery, pottery, fire rituals, cold immersion, community.

Physically engaging — but intelligently paced. Anyone with moderate fitness can do it. Especially designed for people who already love movement, running, trekking, recovery work, sauna culture, breathwork, and experiences slightly beyond the standard yoga-retreat template.

    What Our Guests Say

Real words from real stays at Aavya — straight from Google Reviews.

"We loved our stay at Aavya! We so enjoyed the retreat — daily yoga and movement sessions, a sound healing session, pottery, a spa session and journaling by the Ganga. All the teachers were brilliant and knew their stuff! A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful area of Rishikesh."

    Rebecca SalmonGOOGLE REVIEW

"I packed my bags overnight, without clarity or certainty, and left for my first solo trip, first retreat, and first time in Rishikesh. Everything unfolded gently — unhurried, intentional, and deeply grounding. Aavya gave me the chance to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with myself."

    Aditi GoragandhiSOLO TRAVELLER

"I recently had the opportunity to attend their 5-day retreat that took me on a journey through the elements, and it was truly life-changing. The highlight was undoubtedly the sound healing session by the renowned Ramana Kaur — her vibrations still resonate within me. This retreat was more than just a getaway; it was a journey inward."
